Everyone should pre-register to bid at our auctions. If you can’t make it along to our auctions you will still be able to bid by internet, telephone or proxy. Please download the form here along with the relevant terms & conditions for bidding indicating which method you choose.
If you choose to bid by Proxy, you will advise our auction team of your best bid prior to the auction and our auctioneer will bid on your behalf up to your maximum.
If you choose to bid by telephone, a member of our auction team will take bidding instructions from you and will bid in the room on your behalf. Please keep in mind, there is a risk that the telephone connection could be lost so you wouldn’t be able to bid, so you may wish to advise your maximum bid in advance in case this occurs.
If you choose to bid by the Internet, a member of our auction team will register you online to enable you to bid along via the live stream. Please keep in mind, there is a risk that the internet connection could be lost so you won’t be able to bid, so you may wish to advise your maximum bid in advance in case this occurs.
If you choose to bid In Person in our auction room, you should still pre-register. You will then be assigned a bidding paddle when you arrive at the venue.
Please note, arrangements will need to be set up prior to auction day, with information provided, documents signed and funds made available for the purchase deposit should your bid be successful. Proof of ID and address will be required and a remote bidder will need to have completed all the usual due diligence in advance.
